With state of the art machines like our Live Tooling Automatic Lathe/Mill and our brand new 5-Axis CNC Mill, our company is perfect for rapid protoyping and complex parts. Prefer a more personal touch? We also offer conventional machining services to meet any customer requirements.
CNC Machining
To meet the demands of multiple high-end clients, Hugo Engineering utilizes the capabilities of computer-automated mills and lathes. We run 8 four-axis CNC mills and 4 CNC lathes to ensure quality parts are delivered with utmost efficiency.
Quality Control
Our experienced quality control department utilizes a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) and an Optical Comparer partnered with the latest in quality management regulations to ensure all machined parts meet their designated specifications and tolerances.
